Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will assist senior engineers with site supervision, project planning, structural analysis, and CAD drafting for infrastructure and civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Assist senior engineers in monitoring daily site operations, verifying work compliance with structural drawings, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

• CAD Drafting & Modeling: Prepare, edit, and review detailed engineering drawings, structural layouts, and blueprints using AutoCAD or Revit.

• Documentation & Reporting: Compile progress reports, inspect materials delivered to the site, and maintain official project documentation (RFIs, daily logs, and submittals).

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, sub-consultants, and internal engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.

• Design Calculations: Perform basic structural, hydraulic, or geotechnical engineering calculations under the guidance of senior staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng.) from an accredited university.

• Professional License: Possess a valid Engineer License (Assoc. Engineer / ใบอนุญาตภาคีวิศวกร) or currently eligible to take the exam.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); familiarity with Revit, SAP2000, or ETABS is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of core civil engineering principles (Structural Analysis, Concrete & Steel Design, Geotechnical Engineering).

  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English for technical documentation and team communication.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, adaptable to job site environments, and excellent teamwork skills.
